Bayne earns second consecutive pole at ORP

CLERMONT, Ind. -- Trevor Bayne became the second driver to win consecutive poles at O'Reilly Raceway Park when his fast lap of 110.117 mph topped the speeds in qualifying.

Steve Wallace will start second, with Ricky Stenhouse Jr. third. The top three drivers are all 22 or younger.

Bayne also won the pole last week at Gateway International Raceway, where he claimed a career-best third-place finish.

Points leader Brad Keselowski will start eighth.

Randy LaJoie was the last driver to earn consecutive poles at ORP, doing so in 1996 and 1997.

• Trevor Bayne earned his third Nationwide pole in his 35th start, including both times he's started at ORP.
